Procedure :
- Cleaning and scrubbing of the surface with wire brush to get rid of loose material/ debris from the surface and exposing of cracks, gaps, pits, holes etc.
- Water wash of the surface with wire brush application to obtain clean and moist surface.
- Providing of chemical bond polymeric mortar paste for surface building after application of vapour permeable non-shrink filler based crystalline polymer primer coat.
- Application of a bond coat of latex/acrylic admixed with cement.
- Applying of highly flexible membranous polymer coat.
- Providing and laying of high tensile FG woven porous cloth to cover the entire treated area.
- Impregnation of the FG sheet with elastomeric membranous coat for interlocking and monolithic structure.
- Providing and laying of average 20 mm protective plaster of cement mortar in 1:4 ratio admixed with IWC.
- Making chemical bond (75 x75/150x150mm) convex gola/watta at the corner joints.
